  • Historic England Project Coordination for the Historic Environment Trailblazer Group which is developing apprenticeships for the sector.
  • University of Birmingham: Research and Cultural Collections. Conservation of Paolozzi’s Faraday maquettes for exhibition.  
  • SARAT (Safeguarding and Rescuing Archaeological Assets of Turkey) Provided elements of course content for online certificate programme. Including the importance of protecting archaeological sites, measures in case of emergency and disaster situations at museums and archaeological sites.
  • Staffordshire Hoard Helmet Reconstruction Delivery of two museum-quality replica objects and associated exhibition at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery.
  • Folkestone Museum Treatment of an Anglo-Saxon sword for new exhibition.
  • Liverpool World Museum Conservation of selected Egyptian artefacts for the new Egypt galleries.
  • Warrior Treasures  Coordination and conservation for a touring exhibition of the Staffordshire Hoard.
  • History West Midlands Popular publishing projects, podcasts and events, including Warriors, Warlords and Saints: the Anglo-Saxon Kingdom of Mercia (Hunt, J 2017) and Two Titans, One City: Joseph Chamberlain and George Cadbury (Reekes, A 2017).
  • Research  Production of assessment and research design for major archaeological conservation project.
  • Birmingham Museums Trust/ Potteries Museum, Stoke-on-Trent Programme Coordinator for the Anglo-Saxon Staffordshire Hoard.  
  • Anglo-Saxon burials Cleaning and conservation of recently discovered Anglo-Saxon burials for community archaeology group. Mixed assemblage with a bone comb, iron and copper alloy finds conserved for study and display.
  • X-ray projects Providing x-ray services to UK archaeological units for a variety of recent discoveries.
  • Maya Research Program Conservation support for long-term archaeological project based in Belize. Recent work includes the stabilisation of a Maya wall painting, leading to the discovery of ancient graffiti.
  • Collections survey and advice for collection moves and building works. Various museums.
  • Object conservation. Metals, leather, jet, bone and ivory from recent excavations across Britain.
